Terms & Refund Policy

We want every project to succeed. This policy explains how refunds work if something goes wrong.


1. The deposit is non-refundable once work begins

All projects require a 50% deposit before work starts. Once work has begun — meaning research, competitor analysis, wireframes, copy, or any deliverable has been started — the deposit is non-refundable.

Why: The deposit covers time already spent on your project. That time cannot be recovered.

2. Cancellation before work begins — full refund

If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit, and no work has started, you are entitled to a full refund.

To cancel, email elmir@askerovmarketing.com with your project name and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation after work begins — partial refund

If you cancel after work has started but before the project is complete, you will receive a refund for the portion of work not yet completed:

The 50% balance (second payment) is never charged if the project is cancelled before final delivery.

4. No refunds after final delivery and approval

Once the final files have been delivered and approved (or deemed approved after 7 days of no response), no refund is issued. The project is considered complete.

5. Google Ads campaigns — no refund on ad spend

Ad budget is paid directly by the client to Google. Askerov Marketing never holds or controls your ad spend. Our fee covers campaign setup and management — not the ad spend itself. There are no refunds on ad spend under any circumstances, as it is consumed by Google directly.

If you cancel a Google Ads management retainer, you will be charged for days worked in the current billing period and refunded the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

6. No refunds based on results

We do not guarantee specific results (leads, calls, conversions, revenue). Digital marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, your offer, pricing, and factors outside our control. Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund if the agreed deliverables were completed as specified.

7. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error, email elmir@askerovmarketing.com first. We resolve all disputes by email within 48 hours. If we cannot reach an agreement, we follow the process outlined in the Service Agreement.
